Privacy window films are a way to make windows opaque. Similar to frosted glass, it makes everything behind the glass blurry and hard to see. In addition to privacy, these films can help regulate the amount of light that enters a room and thus the temperature. These are often used in offices, bathrooms, and front doors.
The most common window films and types of vinyl we make are to replicate the aesthetic of sandblasted glass, stained glass, and acid etched glass.
Often they are used to increase privacy or to add a custom design such as a company logo or pattern to the glass.
The window films we install for our clients have UV protective technology that decreases the levels of UV rays that pass through the glass. This means that on top of your window’s existing UV protection, you’ll have another layer on top of it.
In addition to increased UV protection, your property will become more insulated. The film will help regulate the amount of light that enters your property and therefore the temperature within.
